A designer named wreckthisgirl has a lot of free—you download ’em and print ’em—letter sets with coordinating envelopes—at least three different letter page designs for every envelope, plus some address labels, etc. Scroll down the page to see all of them. The typewriter set I really like doesn’t seem to be on that page, though: it’s here.
A warning for the Americans printing on 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper: wreckthisgirl’s designs are A4 in size, which is a bit longer than 11″. You may want to re-size the design in a graphics program. (I did.) It’s not necessary, though.
